What should I wear to my photo shoot?
Choose outfits that reflect your style and are comfortable, avoiding overly busy patterns.I recommend sticking to neutral tones or white to compliment the timeless white style. I also ave studio wardrobe items so please also feel free to ask for some photos to see if you would like to use anything in there too.
How do I book a photo session?
Book a session by contacting us through our website, email, phone or social media pages. Where possible please book in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot, the deposit is non-refundable but any other payments towards the session can be transferred about to another session.
Do you provide props or should we bring our own
Captured Memories Photography provides a selection of props, but you are welcome to bring items that are special or significant to your shoot. This can help personalize your photos and make them more meaningful.
How long does it take to receive our photos
Typical turnaround time for photos is 2-3 weeks for studio/ location shoots. For wedding galleries the turnaround time is up to 5 weeks.
